I have worked and also dined in some of the best restaurants in the world, including in N.Y., City, Chicago, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Napa, Las Vegas, Atlanta and in France, Paris, Lyon, Avignon, Epernay, Reims, Valence, Nice and, Monaco. I know very well that if a restaurant is to be a success, then quality is the key, and customers will pay if they believe that they are receiving a high quality of food, wine, and service.

I will be more than happy to arrange formal tastings for individuals or groups, whether for everyday drinking wines or fine vintages from the great estates.
